Clear, simple fees
I keep fees transparent, so you always know where you stand. Here is exactly what a session costs and how to get started.
What a session costs
Counselling, 16 and over
One-to-one counselling by Telehealth or in person, in English, Hindi or Gujarati.
For those who need it
If money is tight, you can still be seen. A limited number of spaces are offered on a trust-based rate, with a waitlist when they are full.
Before you commit
An obligation-free chat to see if we are a good fit for each other, before any session is booked.
Please get in touch if you'd like to be considered for the trust-based rate — spaces are limited and a waitlist is in place when they are full.
Honest about rebates
As a PACFA registered counsellor I am not able to offer Medicare rebates, and counselling with me is not claimable through a Mental Health Care Plan.
What that means in practice is mostly good news:
- No GP referral needed. You can start whenever you are ready.
- No Mental Health Care Plan to organise or renew.
- One clear, simple fee, with no hidden extras.
- A free 30-minute consult before you commit to anything.
Start with a free 30-minute consult
Obligation free, and the easiest way to see if we are a good fit before any fee is involved.
Taking the first step is hard. You do not have to do it alone
Reach out when you are ready. A booking enquiry or a free 30-minute consult is simply a conversation, with no pressure and no obligation.
